Request for fully bloomed, pink roses with long stems cut in half-length. Received beautiful pink roses, not as opened as I wanted, but not buds. The stems were not cut and I had to cut them myself. I know my request was not usual, but there was a reason for it. Delivery was on-point, a few minutes before 10:00 am, as I requested a 10:00 am delivery time. Delivery and the beauty of the roses earned you a 4 instead of a 3.
