Up until this order I have been extremely pleased with flowers by Chris. This time a mistake was made but if the full delivery instructions were followed the flowers would not have been delivered incorrectly the driver should have realised that a town house not a condo and three was no front desk, and returned them to the shop.
Their attitude was awful basically it’s not our fault tough. Mistakes on both sides it’s cost me but they have lost a customer losing them more.
